These Terms of Service govern your use of leauvano Limited and its services. By accessing and using our website, enrolling in our courses, or using any of our digital resources, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Scope of Services

We provide comprehensive beginner computer literacy courses designed specifically for adults over forty who are starting from zero. Our services include instruction on fundamental computer operations, keyboard and mouse navigation, desktop environment fundamentals, and basic digital literacy skills. All courses are delivered online and in-person in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our educational content is designed to help mature learners develop confidence and competence with personal computers in a supportive, age-appropriate learning environment.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for their intended educational purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of our instructors and course materials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Lithuania and your jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

All course materials, instructional content, videos, documents, and other resources provided through our services are the intellectual property of leauvano Limited or our instructors, protected by copyright law. You may use these materials solely for your personal learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any course materials without our explicit written permission. Unauthorized copying or distribution of our educational content is prohibited and may result in legal action and termination of your access to our services.

Limitations of Liability

We provide our services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality in our instruction, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or fitness of our courses for any particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Termination

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of Lithuania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
